The inauguration Day festivities

I enjoyed watching the Swearing in and the Ball. I enjoyed these two events because the swearing in was history and I am proud to say I can tell my children and grand children{if i have any}that I remember watching the Inauguration in my 7th grade social Studies Class on January 20, 2009. I also enjoyed watching the ball because there wasn't waltz and slow dances all night long but you got to jam also and to me that shows that you are to be serious at times and can have fun when appropriate. So now I know that my president is one of us and can have fun too. What event was interesting to you on Inauguration Day?
